Fried crispy small tilapia
In the early days of the rainy season, when the rice in the field has become green, the shoals of small tilapia begin to appear. It is also the time when people go fishing and have fishes cooked into rustic, bucolic dishes.

Small tilapia are black and light blue, can be cooked into many delicious dishes such as dried fish with pepper, fried flour, fried crispy, etc. depending on the preferences of each person, however the fried crispy small tilapia is the most popular food.
Small tilapia (fresh fish) put in the basket, take banana leaves (or leaves of lemon grass) to rub several times with water to clean viscous. Keep whole fish cooking, (no need to scab, remove the intestines, cut head, tail due to the small fish, soft bone).

Fish meat is sweet eaten with sweet and sour sauce is very attractive.
