Education - Training tasks of province have always been interested and directed particularly by Party Executive Committees and local Government. Material establishments in service of education-training works have been invested and upgraded and enlarged, education training quality for students of different branches of learning, studying levels have been changed positively; status of students leaving school due to difficult traffic has been made good, in addition, the provincial government has issued the project of building 1,588 bridges of country traffic and supported boat fees to poor pupils/students in countryside, from which it has contributed actively to socio-economic development in general and educational achievements of home province in particular.

For education and training, units, schools in the province to constantly innovate teaching and learning methods, innovative methods of test, assess the quality of education; interested in reform of administrative procedures, such as decrease in the books, forms are not really necessary, abolish types of cumbersome procedures and reduce time result some formalities.

The investment in facilities and equipment of schools meeting national standards are focused implementation. By early 2017, Ca Mau province has 246/543 national standard schools, reaching 45%.
