Approved general planning tasks at Decision No. 296/QĐ-TTg dated 12/3/2012 approving general tasks on construction of Nam Can Economic Area vision 2020 :
- Scale of planning: Natural area 11,000ha
- Scale of land use: Estimated to 2020 about 1,800ha to be used in which land for construction of urban areas accounting for about 800ha.
- Unit proposes the project: Ca Mau provincial Economic Area management Board.
