Mr. Pham Thanh Ngai, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, visited and congratulated Sen Dolta festival of the Khmer people at Rach Cui Pagoda
On the morning of October 2nd, 2024, the delegation of the Provincial Party Committee - People's Council - People's Committee - Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ca Mau province, led by Mr. Pham Thanh Ngai, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, visited, presented gifts, and congratulated Sen Dolta festival of the Khmer people in 2024 at Rach Cui Pagoda (Khanh Binh Dong commune, Tran Van Thoi district).

On behalf of the delegation, Mr. Pham Thanh Ngai, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, expressed his joy and excitement at the changes and developments in the life, economy and society of the Khmer ethnic minority region. At the same time, he wished the monks, dignitaries, Buddhists and all Khmer ethnic people good health, happiness and success in life. Continue to promote the spirit of self-reliance, self-improvement, educate children to strive to work, produce and rise up in life. Actively participate in patriotic emulation movements, build new rural areas, build cultural life in residential areas. Contribute to building and developing the homeland to become more and more beautiful, preserving traditional cultural features imbued with national identity, strengthening and promoting the great national unity bloc. The locality continues to pay attention to and effectively implement national target programs, especially the national target program on socio-economic development in ethnic minority and mountainous areas.
