- Investment form: 100% direct investment capital by the investor from domestic and overseas.

- Purpose of project: it will take shape to form the mangrove swamp ecotourism area - Ca Mau Cape.

- Scale : 158ha.

- Land, status: Type of mangrove swamp land, having been cleared the ground partly.

- Project term: 49 years

- Unit proposes project: Department of Culture, Sport and Tourism of Ca Mau Province.

Some chief investment favours:

- Entitled for exemption of land rent, water surface during construction period and exemption of land rent for period of 15 next years  from project completion and put it into operation.

- Entitled to be applied with corporate income tax rate 10% for period of 15 years counting from the first year where the Enterprise has turnover.

- Entitled to income tax exemption maximum but not exceeding 4 years and entitled to be reduced 50 % maximum with the tax payable but not exceeding 9 next years when the Enterprise has income subject to tax.
