On the morning of April 13, 2023, the delegation of the Provincial Party Committee - People's Council - People's Committee of Ca Mau province, led by the alternate member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Mr. Huynh Quoc Viet, visited and wished Chol Chnam Thmay New Year in 2023 to the monks, temple servants, nuns, Buddhists, and Khmer ethnic people at Rach Cui Pagoda (Khanh Binh Dong commune, Tran Van Thoi district).

On behalf of the Provincial Party Committee - People's Council - People's Committee - Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Mr. Huynh Quoc Viet informed the monks, temple servants, Buddhists, and Khmer ethnic minority people of the socio-economic development situation of the province, and the basic targets reached and exceeded the plan. At the same time, affirming that the Provincial Party Committee - People's Council - People's Committee - Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee always pays attention to and takes care of the development of the lives of ethnic minorities, especially ethnic Khmer people. On the occasion of Chol Chnam Thmay Tet holiday, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Mr. Huynh Quoc Viet wished the monks, temple servants, Buddhists, and Khmer people in the province in general and at Rach Cui Pagoda, in particular, to welcome the traditional Tet holiday with joy, happiness, safety, and thrift. At the same time, it is hoped that the Khmer people will continue to promote the spirit of great national solidarity, make efforts and strive for production labor to improve their material and spiritual lives, and actively participate in patriotic emulation movements in the locality. The monks, temple servants, the Board of Management, the Board of Propaganda, and the prestigious people among the Khmer people continue to propagate the Party's lines and guidelines, the State's policies and laws to the Khmer people. All levels and branches paid attention to implementing the guidelines and policies of the Party and the State for the Khmer people, especially the ethnic minority areas; continued to implement policies to support poor households and policy households as the Khmer people rise in life.
